Cancel from your account

Go to My Account, sign in, open Manage Subscription, select View Details for your plan, then choose Cancel and confirm your cancellation. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

  3. Open Manage Subscription
  4. Click View Details on your plan
  5. Choose Cancel
  6. Confirm by selecting Cancel Subscription
  7. Watch for a confirmation email
